Continental Airlines says it's not interested in merger

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Continental Airlines Inc. said Sunday it has no plans to merge with another airline, apparently scuttling rumors of a possible hookup with UAL Corp., the parent of United Airlines.
